Shipping Physical Products
I will ship the products approximately within 2 weeks after payment.
Arrival time depends on your local post system.
Please note that due to covid, shipments overseas are delivered via ocean freight and can take 40 days.
Custom Duty
If your order is placed outside the EU, please keep in mind that there might be some customs duty in your country.
Payment
The only payment method is PayPal.
I have chosen this method, because it is international, safe and easy to use!
This applies to all products (physical and digital).
Refund
Please take in consideration, I'm a small business woman (aka an independent freelance Artist), so unfortunately I can’t do any type of refund (no money back, no product exchanges or discounts for damaged mail or losses).
I do my best to pack everything safely and sturdy, but I can't take responsibility for other countries post systems.
If you purchased a Digital File and you have any trouble opening your Download-Link, please send me a message, and we will fix this together.
